Our manufacturer spends countless hours in the labs to develop a vinyl that will solve problems for the wrap industry. The wrap industry is in drastic need of a reliable, high-quality gloss material that is close to emulating vehicle paint. Our films are made with composite materials with an additional gloss coating, which gives it an extra “super gloss” sheen when compared to other gloss vinyl material. All of the Inozetek films come with a clear protective liner to ensure that our film has no mottling nor scratches.
Is Inozetek only offering films with a gloss finish?
At the moment, we are focused with perfecting our super gloss finish, something that is not currently available in the industry. We are striving to achieve the highest quality of super gloss films, and once we develop even more unique colors in the upcoming year, expect to see a release of additional finishes of Inozetek films.
Are Inozetek films easy to install?
Our super gloss films are just that—super glossy—which makes it easier to show “imperfections”. In order to manufacture our super gloss films, we produced composite materials and added a special high-gloss coating for a cleaner finish with unique colors. Since we have that additional high-gloss coating, our films will be a little stiffer than some other car wrap vinyl on the market. Inozetek films is highly recommended for use only by professionals and experienced vinyl installers.
How do I maintain Inozetek films?
The best way to maintain our film is to wash it regularly. Whenver the film appears dirty, acquires birds drops (especially on a horizontal exposure) or fuel spills after rain, etc., immediately give it a quick rinse or wipe down with a cleaner. When washing your vehicle, we recommend using a pressure washer (below 2000 PSI) or hand washing. Make sure to rinse off as much dirt and grit as possible with water before applying soap. DO NOT run your vehicle in a gas station / brush machine car wash.
Can I use polish or wax on Inozetek films?
Fine, high-quality polish may be applied with a dual-action polisher at low speeds to remove light scratches or swirl marks. DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE POLISHES OR CUTTING COMPOUNDS ON THE FILM. High quality spray wax is recommend to use after a car wash to maintain or even extend the performance life. Please test the polish or wax on a small piece of vinyl before applying to the entire vehicle. Keep in mind that we do not offer warranty if any aftermarket products (i.e. wax, polish, ceramic coating) damage the film. For more infomation, please contact [email protected]
Can I use ceramic coating on Inozetek films?
Ceramic coating may be applied on top of Inozetek films to extend the performance life. Please carefully select the ceramic coating to apply on the film. Though we recommend ceramic coating on Inozetek films, we do not offer warranty if ceramic coating is applied incorrectly or if the ceramic coating damages the film. For more infomation, please contact [email protected]
Is it normal for Inozetek films to have stripes?
Yes, that is normal. Our films have a smooth, glossy surface which may cause color stripes to be visible, but they will not be noticeable after application. If the color stripes are dramatic on the film, please contact [email protected]
Can I use any overlaminate on Inozetek films?
We do not recommend nor warranty any use of overlaminate on our films.
Will Inozetek film removal cause paint damage?
If the vinyl is well maintained and is not past its performance life, Inozetek films should not damage the OEM paint finish upon removal.
Does indoor or outdoor storage of the vehicle matter?
Indoor storage is recommended, such as a garage or a shaded area if a garage is not available. Vinyl performance life will decrease the longer it is exposed to the sun and weather conditions. During the night, if possible, protect the vehicle from weather conditions such as dew or rain. A cloth car cover will suffice if a garage is not available.
What is the life performance of Inozetek Films?
Please refer to the “Durability Guidelines” on page 7. Orange peel occurrence on the films / vehicle is not covered under warranty. Inozetek films themselves are almost free of any orange peel, but keep in mind that different brands of vehicles and their OEM paint quality may have an affect on the vinyl. Any existing orange peel from the paint, dents, rust, bubbling, scratches, or other imperfections will be visible through the film. These surface imperfections may damage the film or cause different results of application.
